Preview of pdf documents gives an blank page for some documents. In this case from function ‘Non conformance report’You need to press the left arrow, multiple times, in order to bring the document up. Downloading the document and opening it works, but requires more steps.Preview works for some documents, but not all...IFS Aurena Extension is installed, acrobat extension also installed.Does anyone has any suggestions on what might be missing or wrong with these documents?
Hello!We just installed the 2023R2 with the new CTC control that has e-invoice processing types. Before installing the update, we were able to generate e-invoice customer invoices with the xml tags that are included in the IFS MX country package, but after the 2023R2 upgrade we are not able to create e-invoices with the MX tags.Has anybody succeded to generate e-invoices in 2023R2 with the new e-invoice processing types that are specific for different countries?
IFS Cloud user. How do I freeze the sort of the Purchase Order Lines so the most recent is at the top?This screen does not have a “created time” column and when I return to it the column is forzen but the date is not the most recent.

The scheduling period is two days and activity duration is very short(3min).I would like to show "part Stock level" in a spaced out and visually understandable way. Could I focus on just one day? is it possible to zoom in or enlarge “Allocation over time” only for visualization purposes?I would like to show clearly what is happening in terms of the part stock level (Resource -Part Tab) and the chart trend (es: up and down)Is there any way to see this graph in a better way? As far as I know, when you have project transactions and Work Order Transactions there is not a way to send the customer a single invoice. You have to invoice the project transactions using a project invoice and you have to invoice the work order transactions through a Customer Order. Am I right on this?Is there a way to combine both into a single invoice?Our customer is concerned about the acceptability of receiving multiple invoices.Any ideas might be helpful.Thank you.

The most common type of dependency is finished to start, which means that the activity cannot start until the predecessor activity is finished. When scheduling the project, the system considers these dependencies to plan the start and finish dates of the activities. Hi All, Our Procurement department has asked us to find out how other companies identify stock that may have certain attributes (in this case certain tariff codes). My initial thoughts are to make the parts Export Controlled parts or just to use a custom field, but if anyone has any way of achieving the below it would be great to see. “We have been trying to work out if there is any way of separating or placing a form of identification against stock in IFS for certain characteristics. One of the main ones being so that we can identify materials that we receive that have particular Test Certs and are compliant with certain Tariff regulations (in other words – materials we could export again compliantly). It also links to other material management queries, such as ensuring goods bought for one project (end user) don’t get used where they shouldn’t.” Many thanks!

We are in IFS APPS10, UPD16Sometimes our Customer Order Lines in status “Partially Delivered” will invoice the delivered qty and sometimes it will not.We’ve checked online help and are uncertain if there are settings we need to revisit.The behaviour we would like is for the invoice to generate for the partially delivered quantity, and then an additional invoice when the balance is delivered.I’m seeking a suggestion for which settings to check and consider in our setup.
