Hi, I’m trying to pass an aditional header key to a http call from IFS9. If I use the below Routing Address, my additional header parameter will show in options in the response, but if I look at what headers IFS is actually sending it is not there. I send the request to an http endpoint that i control and read the headers from there. Here are the headers: {"Accept":"text/html, image/gif, image/jpeg, */*; q=.2","Connection":"close","Content-Length":"43","Content-Type":"text/xml; charset=UTF-8","Host":"***.pythonanywhere.com","User-Agent":"Java1.8.0_60","X-Forwarded-For":"***.***.***.***","X-Real-Ip":"***.***.***.***"} I need to send an aditional key. Can anyone help explain how to do that?
How is IPaaS and ETM licensed? I understand that the account(s) must be configured as an Integrations license type in assyst. Is there somewhere in the License form of assyst that might indicate an amount of integration licenses available, or do they piggy back on concurrent assyst users, or is it something else?James
Hi all,I’m reaching out to look for some guidance and possibly previous experience from people in regards to the usage of Private Activites in PSOCurrently we have some datasets who heavily use Private Activities as it gives planners visibility to what the engineer is doing on their day.What we are finding however is that they seem to be having a heavy impact on the seeing manual changes reflected in the workbench and has impacted performance of the tool Could anyone advise on how best to maximise performance and processing within PSO but still maintaining the ability to use Private Activities?
In Apps 9 there was a field within both Part and No Part Requisition Lines called ‘Cost Return At’. If this value was set to ‘Arrival’, this would create a work order posting when the purchase order created from the requisition was received. I cannot see an equivalent field in Apps 10. Is this functionality available somewhere else? We basically want an entry in the Cost tab of the Work Order Task when a purchase order (created via requisition) is receipted.
We are adding weight or volume based charges automatically on Customer orders when new customer order line is created. There is charge type and charge price per liter or kg defined in Sales Charge Type. Charge price in Sales Charge type is always defined in Site base currency. We have customers that are ordering in different currencies. For those we have agreed fixed charge prices per kg or liter in the currency customer is using. How can we defined those other currency charge prices. In standard solution it is always doing charge price conversion from base currency to order currency with daily exchange rate. In this case that order currency charge price is not fixed. It is changing every day.
In Apps 10 users were able to select/highlight more than one Business Opportunity at a time, right mouse and select Close Opportunity. In Cloud the Close option is only there when one record is selected - If more lines are selected then the command buttons disappear - Is this functionality scheduled to be added back? Thanks.
We are using IFS10 with update 3.We have created several KanBan circuits in our test environment and these are working as expected. However, we have some that are failing. We get this warning on the background job: Replenishment request failed to create a transport task for the kanban circuit (XXXX). Verify inventory exists to transport.We have checked all the setttings of the KanBan with one that does create the Transport task and they are identical. We have checked the location and the material in stock they are all available. I have tried manually to move the parts to and from the locations by manually creating transport tasks and executing them without any problems or errors.What can be the cause of the missing transport task?
We have granted the activity “VirtMapPositionManagement” to a permission set but with this action user can see the map position as well as insert and update the position. We want to give users read-only access.Can we grant the Map positions as read-only? Thank you in advance for your help and support.
Once logged into the FSM Web client and launching the Schedule Workbench to open PSO, when the user selects a task and view details and selects FSM Task Info, this launches a new browser window but back to a new log in page even though the original log in session is still open and active. Is there a way to prevent this and just open the selected task? Richard
I am unable to get Labor Load Details to populate after running CRP. I have Man Labor Hours connected to Shop Order Operations. I also have Labor Classes (all set for groups). We do not house employee information in IFS. I have Crew Size, Labor Classes, etc. entered on routings. As a reference, we are in the process of adding a Scheduling Visualizer Tool (i.e. Manufacturing Visualizer) but I am trying to do all of my prechecks to make sure it is pulling all the correct information. Hi, I am currently trying to create a “partial customer payment rollback” as need to credit original advance invoice and generate a new advanced invoice against a new customer order to match this payment too.Unfortunately, the payment was received in the previous year which has been closed and audited.I have unmatched the transactions in the “automatic transaction matching” screen, but when I attempt the “partial rollback” it tells me that this cannot be completed as that period / year is not open.I am concerned that if I open the period for the previous year then this will amend the previous years figures. Can you please advise?Thank you.

I’m replacing all my 2012R2 servers with 2019 and trying to install Apps 10 on the first. Keep getting a prerequisite fail in the install wizard … Package Microsoft Visual C++ x64 cannot be found. The OHS Server might not work as a result of this ...”. The MWS fails to start.I use the same vcredist_x64.exe prior to running installer.cmd that I used on the 2012 servers without issue.Tried 2010 and 2013 installs as well … same error message. Any ideas?

Dear FSM experts, One of our customers is requesting the following requirements in FSM Smart Client, and I would appreciate your assistance: Requirements:Once a new record is created and saved, users should not be able to make any further changes to that record. When the screen first opens (search), it displays a list of all records in this table. However, users should not be able to open any of these records.We have created a new customized screen according to their requirements and attached a screenshot for reference. This customer primarily uses the Smart Client environment. Is it possible to achieve these requirements through configurations alone? If anyone has any ideas on how to proceed, please let me know. Hi all.I have calculated the cost set 12 for all inventory parts on a site and all was right. After that, I have copied all the inventory parts from cost set 12 to cost set 1. The job finished ok.But, the result is that all the inventory parts have not been modified. I do not know why. But, if, manually, I copy the cost for an inventory part no copied in the previous process, I mean, RMB in Part Cost window, the cost is copied well.Does anyone know why? Is the same process running from the menu for all inventory parts as the job running from Part Cost window
Hi all, multiple users have raised an odd issue that I’m struggling to fix.The workflow looks like this:User browses to a page, to which they have Full access (the page itself differs for different users, across different functions). They see the “No access. Your system administrator has not granted permission to complete that action” popup. They click the ‘Close’ button. The message disappears, and they can do whatever they need to do.[System: IFS Cloud, 23R2]I’ve seen this post:but our users already have FND_WEBENDUSER_MAIN, and always have had. Is there another reason why this issue might be occurring?---Note: I’ve also seen this post:and users don’t have the FndTempLobStore or DefaultInfo permissions. But nor do I, and I don’t experience these issues; and generally, that post looks like it might be a bit out of date now(?)
When the user clicks on Aurena no page is displayed and the URL now has the suffix #aurena.casual# On clicking on IFS Enterprise Explorer link again no login page and the URL now shows the suffix #rwc.client.path# Click on IFS Aurena B2B and nothing happens other than the URL now shows the suffix #aurena.b2b# If we add admin after the URL all the 3 options above work. Any ideas on why and how to resolve this issue?
Community, we have different team doing transport task pick and execute, thus, we need to split WADACO ‘Process Transport Task’ by status Picked Executedwe have configured the process to auto submit ‘Pick’ for pick team, and ‘Execute’ for execution team in process PROCESS_TRANSPORT_TASK_PART data item id ‘ACTION’. now we have a problem, the WADACO PROCESS_TRANSPORT_TASK_PART cannot prompt the job by splitting the ACTION code, in other words, the PICK team can also be prompted to execution team. see below screenshot, the pick team can see the transport task job on their handheld. how to split the function ?
