We have 3 companies in foreign currency that we cannot transfer year end balance. We get the error message that the balance in accounting currency and parallel currency for assets and liabilities must be equal to zero for 2023 before final year closing can be performed. When I look at the GL balance analysis for 2023 for the balance sheet accounts, in USD they are rounded to 4 decimals and in previous years they were all 2 decimals. Then when I look at 2024 period 0 there is a penny difference. As we cannot do a voucher under a penny, how do we fix this?

Hi all.I have calculated the cost set 12 for all inventory parts on a site and all was right. After that, I have copied all the inventory parts from cost set 12 to cost set 1. The job finished ok.But, the result is that all the inventory parts have not been modified. I do not know why. But, if, manually, I copy the cost for an inventory part no copied in the previous process, I mean, RMB in Part Cost window, the cost is copied well.Does anyone know why? Is the same process running from the menu for all inventory parts as the job running from Part Cost window
Hello, We are facing a huge issue, in our test and config environments, we cannot inspect workflows anymore, even if they only have a simple projection call in it. When inspecting, we just get the “loading” popup that never goes away. This is on 23R1 and so far, it seems like no one else has been experiencing this other than us. What could be causing this? We’ve refreshed the caches in hopes of resolving this issue but so far nothing has been working. Any and all insight would be very much appreciated. Thanks,Bryan

I thought its from Company details > Offices, but the work mobile isn’t a part of it. How do you handle responses to/from users on Tasks? We don’t have the Advanced Event Monitoring license for our users, but we have many processes that involve sub tasks, such as a user termination workflow. When our workers process those tasks, they may try sending a message to the affected user for more info, etc. Of course, the affected user cannot respond to the ticket via AssystNet. How does your team handle this for those that do not have Advanced Event Monitoring enabled?
Hello. I am hoping someone can advise or give some direction on how to handle this situation in IFS. Parent company received an order. Billing for the order will be done by parent and depends on milestones achieved. Parent sets up the customer order. Most of the work will be done by subsidiary. Part of the revenue will be earned by parent. The rest of the revenue will be earned by the subsidiary. Subsidiary sets up an intercompany order (customer is parent) and project. The amount of revenue to be recognized by parent each month depends on the percentage of completion of the project in the subsidiary. Parent will not recognize cost. Subsidiary recognizes revenue each month based on percentage of completion. Cost recognized is actual cost. After subsidiary completes project, it ships to the customer. It will then bill the parent. Our customer wants Employee ID's not selectable and visible during identification in the IFSCloud SFWBench. Abuse must be prevented and one wants to be sure that all time clockings are done by the employee who owns the badge. For this reason, the aim is to identify the employees by means of NFC badges. Does anyone have experience with such a link or guidelines to set up an interface with NFC tags? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Willy
We are updating from FSM 6 v16 to v26 and are currently regression testing. So much of it looks good except for one area - opening Repair Center screen times out.It doesn’t matter if the unit selected was already available before the version update or if the RMA was created after, the result is the same. We can search without issue, but clicking on an item to open the screen times it out.Opening a related task on the task screen is fine using the default repair center screen instead of their modified screen gets the same result I turned server log way up to see if it records anything, but I found nothing conclusive as the culprit.Has anyone seen this or have other suggestions on where I should continue my hunt for a solution?Any and all ideas are appreciatedGeoffrey
Hello, Regarding SSRS Quick Reports in IFS Cloud,When we run a SSRS report from the quick reports for the first time it asks to enter the SSRS username and password, but it would be all good for the rest of the session.But ones we log off and login it is still asks to enter the username and password. Is this the intended behavior or is there a setting which we can use to avoid this?
Hello, I am currently using Crystal Reports to build custom Operation Report layouts. One thing we were told by our consultants, is that Operational Reports cannot have multiple views active, they only have access to the one rep view that is already defined by IFS. Our consultants mentioned it has something to do with permissions and that IFSPRINT/IFSAPP need their permissions expanded on in order to achieve this.Is this correct? How do we go about linking other views to our rep view so we can add in other fields?Thanks,Bryan

Our users get this error message when using lobbies that are connected to forms/tbws . This appears every day, sometimes several times a day for some users. We tried to look in to this and the answer we got from the end users is that it could have something to do when many work on the same lobby simultaneously OR that the lobby wasn´t updated which means that the information somewhere in the lobby is old. We also got from our users that it appeared at the same time during the day (for example around 10 a clock).

Dear experts What is your approach for the automatic supplier payment matching with a CAMT.053 file? On a customer environment (Apps 10, update 15), we have set up CAMT.053 and it works fine for customer payments. What we are missing so far is the automatic matching of the supplier payments with the corresponding payment order. When the CAMT file is loaded into IFS no automatic matching takes place and the order ID has to be added manually (e.g. in the mixed payment window): Is there a way in IFS standard to automate this process. E.g. when creating a supplier payment order to add the order ID into the payment order XML file (reference tag), so that this information can later be used in the CAMT file for automatic matching with the referred payment order? Hi Community. we have only a few employees unable to clock onto shop order operations due to the error message below about being unable to get costs from the labour class.the operators are in the correct labour classes and are active shopfloor employees connected to the correct site.we have recently created new manufacturing labour classes and update the labour costs and the issue has only happened since then. Other employees are able to clock onto the operation without any problems.Any ideas what could be causing this for a certain few employees? regards Jamie

Problem Overview: We have set up an event action using online SQL to generate and send emails with relevant attachments. The process involves fetching the appropriate attachment and sending it along with the email.
