Deprecation of the FTP and Shared repository types in Docman in 24R1 - a heads-up This is a heads-up on IFS deprecating support for the FTP and Shared repository types in Docman in IFS Cloud 23R2, for complete removal in 24R1.If you have customers using these two repository types today, you should plan for migrating to Database or File Storage.If you are planning to implement this in Remote Deployment in IFS Cloud right now, you should reconsider, and use File Storage or Database.In Remote deployment, File Storage will still have support for local/external storage (outside the database) by supporting SMB/network shares. Hello,For one of our Remote IFS Cloud 23R2 Customers, we are trying to setup SMB storage. The SMB share was created by the Customer’s IT team and we are trying to configure the parameters in the ifscloud-values.yaml file by following the guide. ( https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r2/070_remote_deploy/400_installation_options/120_file_storage_for_remote/122_installation_guide/#activating_file_storage_service) The MTinstaller is successful but the ifs-file-storage pod is stuck at Init State. I thought its from Company details > Offices, but the work mobile isn’t a part of it. [IFS Cloud - 23R1 UPD 6] My Status:I have created the Azure Notification Hub. And the notifications are received to the Notification Hub.Which means the Notifications are sent from IFS Cloud successfully to the notification hub. i.e. Application parameters in IFS Cloud are correctly defined. The Notification Hub metrics shows that the requests have failed. Understandably this is due to not setting up the Google and Apple settings which requires keys from the development team.Thank you,Sanjaya
Hi all.I have calculated the cost set 12 for all inventory parts on a site and all was right. After that, I have copied all the inventory parts from cost set 12 to cost set 1. The job finished ok.But, the result is that all the inventory parts have not been modified. I do not know why. But, if, manually, I copy the cost for an inventory part no copied in the previous process, I mean, RMB in Part Cost window, the cost is copied well.Does anyone know why? Is the same process running from the menu for all inventory parts as the job running from Part Cost window
HelloMy Work Assignment is in Waiting at Location Status, i need to cancel the work task. not able to cancel it, after deleting the Work task clocking. if i change to incomplete work Assignment also no result. is there any way to cancel work task which is in work assignment status as Waiting at Location Status.Its in 23R2.

Hi, We have an extract rule on a custom table for mobile that doesn’t appear to be triggering any data out to mobile.A record is getting created. The extract rule for the table looks the same as other tables that are working just fine (e.g PART_NEED).The sync rule looks fine, again as above no different to what we have for PART_NEED.However when a record is created nothing is happening in terms data created to MM_MESSAGE_OUT for mobile to pick up. What can I use to be able to root cause why? i.e. server logging.Or is there a generic have you remembered to do ‘x’? Any directions would be greatly appreciated. RegardsyAdt

Is there any way to export wadaco configurations to transfer them between databases?
We created a process flow which updates installed items. This is working well but we noticed that the change is only visible in Mobile after the user reinitializes . If the installed item is changed in Backoffice, the change is visible in Mobile almost immediately. The item.last_change_date field is is updating automatically in both cases. Is there a trick to getting the process flow change to download to Mobile?
We are trying to enable SSO to the FSM Smart Client and we are having Java script error pop-up and Overlapping of taxt in the rendered Sign-On Page. Please note that SSO is now working in our Warehouse Portal and Web Client Version. As per our SSO support:1) Java Script related pop-up - Resolution: Ensure running of Java Scripts is enabled for whatever in App browser you're using for SmartClient2) Overlapping of text - Due to unsupported IE browserWe have tested in our virual Machine and in our Citrix environment with Edge or Chrome as the defaul browser and set the Java Script enabled to the browser and same error/behaviur still occur.Can you please let us know if the package for the FSM Smart Client defaults the browser to EI and confirm if the Java scripting is enabled?
Hello, we have an issue with an IFS Cloud 23R2SU5 remote deployment where all components are being activated even though the delivery has a solution set correctly in place. When we start the delivery installation, it says:INFO: Remote solution solution set file found and is added C:\ifsremote\ifsroot\deliveries\ifs-cloud-23.2.5-1.2.0\ifsinstaller\solutionset.yaml)which seems to imply that the installer finds the solutionset correctly, but once it has finished, we can see in the “Installed Components” page that every single IFS Cloud component is active. We have also created a build place environment out of this delivery, and in this environment only the components that are active in the solutionset are active in the Installed Components page.
Hello, I currently have a scenario where I have a custom event that triggers upon the insert or update of a row in the REMINDER_PROPOSAL_TAB in IFS Cloud. This works completely fine when creating a reminder proposal, but when creating a reminder proposal the same way, and selecting ‘schedule’ this does not trigger the event action, even though nothing else has changed. Anyone have any idea on why this is the case? I can confirm its not hitting the custom event or the event action, since I left errors in the workflow that the event action is referencing.Thanks,Bryan

Once logged into the FSM Web client and launching the Schedule Workbench to open PSO, when the user selects a task and view details and selects FSM Task Info, this launches a new browser window but back to a new log in page even though the original log in session is still open and active. Is there a way to prevent this and just open the selected task? Richard
Our users get this error message when using lobbies that are connected to forms/tbws . This appears every day, sometimes several times a day for some users. We tried to look in to this and the answer we got from the end users is that it could have something to do when many work on the same lobby simultaneously OR that the lobby wasn´t updated which means that the information somewhere in the lobby is old. We also got from our users that it appeared at the same time during the day (for example around 10 a clock).
