Custom Work Order Directive based on PM action

Hi @SaaAvinak Based on my understanding, there doesn't seem to be any setting or configurability available for this. One potential solution could be to implement a custom event to override the default behavior.I hope this is helpful.

Deleting the records from the measurement history

HI @CdcPatrCs as you experienced it, deleting transaction history is not permitted due to the risks involved. Accidentally removing valid data can lead to various consequences.However, in situations where the table contains a significant amount of older data, archiving becomes a viable option.any thoughts @deshan.ekanayake ?

@Andryis Please check whether the below information, clarifies you. Calculating Planned due dates requires at least two or more accumulated measurements in case of Performed Value Based = Yes.If any cumulative criteria is registered, one condition line is shown on the Maintenance Plan tab even before any measurement is registered. You can manually generate work orders having this line only. When two or more accumulated measurements are registered, it generates a condition based forecast PM plan by calculating the average use per day under the assumption of linear use of the equipment object. When the condition generation routine is started, work orders will be generated if a recorded measurement falls outside the acceptable limits defined on the PM actions. If accumulated condition-based PM action is set to Performed Value Based = Yes, the Planned Values of the maintenance plan will be recalculated and adjusted based on either.The Last Measurement at Maintenance, or The Predicted Valu

Correct there is no way to configure it. But if you modify the respective software code, as I mentioned above. (collapsed=False).

Is it possible set default to un-collapse a section ?

The default is being set as ‘collapsed=True’ in the client code. Please check the picture below, So, it is Not possible to configure it to expand default/all times unless it is set in the code. (collapsed=False).In addition, if we don’t set either True or False (leaving empty), then expand/collapse patterns save in the use profile based on the user’s behavior.I hope this will help.

This requirement primarily stems from oil and gas industry where Equipment Classification is a is a standard regulatory practice. Given that the Oil and Gas industry operates mostly offshore, it's crucial to uphold strict safety measures for personnel, assets, components, and systems, as mandated by industry-standard bodies. These basic data was initially introduced to ensure the compliance with regulations defined by those industry standard bodies (Organizations) such as DNVGL, Lloyds etc. The diagram below illustrates how this basic data is structured and utilized in equipment classification.The above enables O&G organizations to set up basic data to confirm compliance with multiple classification organizations/ bodies. Thanks @E.Mamcasz , good to be on the same page🙂.The Cloud solution design has considered all related information around the object. For example, There is a prerequisite to Close all Work Tasks before a moving or shipping. A new PM Revision(s) is allowed to create in the new Site. (maintaining same Maintenance Plans) Latest measurements at the point of move/ship is done, Historical measurements are carried through. Work History of the previous site(s) is visible to new site users. If you are interested, the following activity diagram along with all its descriptions will give good amount of information (pre-requisites, system effects) around this.

Hello @E.Mamcasz - This has been a known concern Core APP10 application. It surely has the Serial Move capability, however with some limitations. Object ID & Site combination, being the logical keys, Object Site field cannot be changed during the move. Hence latest/true site is not reflected in the Object Site field once it is moved. For example, If we have an equipment structure (Parent-Child) like below in Site 1Object 1, Site 1, --- > Object 11, Site 1,Object 11 can be moved to the Parent Object 2 in Site2 (of the same Company.)Object2, Site 2, ---- > Object 11, Site 1This is the problem as we see it. Even though the Object 11 is moved as a child of Object2, Site 2, its site value is still kept as Site 1. Hower all reference information is intact (not missed) given that Keys are unchanged. Could this be an acceptable workaround by the customer, given the urgency? NOTE:In IFS Cloud (from 23R1 onwards) in order to get rid of the restrictions, we have introduced a new Equip

Document Management - Basic User access

It can be done by using a custom lobby. Infact, IFS Cloud has a standard Lobby page consists of different person-based lobby elements that can fit into this purpose. For example, ‘My Documents in Progress’, ‘My Recently Created/Modofied Documents” etc.etc. Please check,Document Management > My DocumentsAdditionally, Document Folders Structures can also be an option here. Documents in that case grouped into different folders based on the person groups, departments etc.etc.

User account deletion

Open the “Person” window, and check whether any Person has the given User Connection. (Search for the User ID). If available remove the connection and try Deleting the user. I hope this would help..
