There is NO direct way to implement this in APP10. Per user Document Class is not a setting.However, it is possible to filter the required Document Classes per an end user, by setting a saved filter as the startup behavior in the Document Class LOV. (Object Properties > Used Saved Search as dialog start up behavior),By this way, the filter can be varied for each user, but the prefilled has to be handled separately.I hope this information will help.

I can agree with you, this is not a configurable enablement. There should be a definite code changes in the particular wizard. I suggest you report a community idea, so that it will be considered to be included into a future release.

But my question is in List and table view there is the paper clip icon (see the attachment) with a number beside, but in the card view there is no way to see the attached documents in procurement portal. Is this option to go to attachments (paper clip icon) is not present in card view? I cannot open the attachment for some reason. But yes, the Card View does not support to visualize the attachment count.
If you are looking for changing the Card View to List/Table View, it can be done by simply selecting the options at the right-hand side of the panel.
Unfortunately, there is no direct support in APP10 core functionality for the given requirement.
Cindy H. is right here. Site is a part of logical key for Equipment Object. Hence it is not technically possible to change it regardless of the movement. From IFS Cloud 22R2 onwards this was changed to a Object Sequence which could facilitate to reflect real Site Changes. In APP10 there were good workaround approaches tried by different customer projects to overcome the situation. @Frank Sveen do you have any thoughts around this?

Hi, Do you have access to IFS Cloud 21R1 News Materials? There is a section called “Equipment Data Collection” with in ‘News in Asset Management’ group. I suggest you read it to start with. It will enable you to understand how we handle, IOT Data., and in turn to see the possibility of mapping it to the RFID/Asset Tagging. (In your use case) Do contact us if you have further inquiries?
This is a proper validation. We cannot rename a serial when its current position is ‘In Facility’. First it has to be moved into the Inventory.

Yes, the anomaly detections capability as part of asset predictions has now been delivered in with 23R1 release. These anomalies can now be visualized and convert as work orders where necessary.
