That is what we are going to do.
Hennepin County can give you a demo of ours if you are interested. We have over 40,000 CI’s for hardware, software, mobile devices, mobile apps, azure resources, printers, etc. We have CI attitubes that we collect per CI type. The CMDB feeds into the service offerings. Example: For ‘Application Issue’ the user would select from a drop down list of applications, which is pulling from the CMDB. Let me know if you want to get a preview.
When I click on the ‘learn more’ I get an error message on the IFS page.
I have already voted on it. Thanks!
Could you build out something in the ETM to do that?
Any update on when this will be posted? We are looking at a table on the wiki site, however, when you look within the database the field is missing. We need to schema so we can see how the 11.5 release will impact our reporting.
Under link type is there a ‘related help articles’ option to choose from?
Is the knowledge article that you are linking to an AssystNET article? We were able to get ours working today.
Thanks for the info and print screens. It is nice that we can set that up with additional fields from the beginning. Just looking for ways to reduce the number of clicks in the environment. Some of the feedback that we have received from analysts is that it takes a lot of clicks to get to screens so was thinking if this just appeared when you clicked on Event Search that it would be one less click.
