Another great year for the community thanks to the continued support of our members. This year we had:The 4,881 new members takes us to just over 19k members, 44% of which are customers, 23% partners and 24% IFSers. Please continue to tell your co-workers about the community, the more people we have visiting the site the more questions will be answered!All these metrics represent individuals; people who have contributed - asking, reading, responding, and collaborating. We’d like to recognize a few of these people, as our: Best All Around: When you look at the points in the community - which you earn by posting replies, receiving likes, and having people mark your replies as best answer, our top 3 are @Phil Seifert, @Charith Epitawatta and @Mathias Dahl. This year Phil retains the top spot having the highest number of best answers and the most likes received. Mathias again has the most replies, plus lots of answers and likes. Charitha tops likes given and has high values across replies

That user experience is important, I think everyone will agree on. But to achieve great user experience we need knowledge about our users. And the best way to obtain this knowledge is through meeting our users, doing interviews and observe them using our product. To make it easier for us to meet our users, we (the User experience product group at IFS R&D) have created a group for end users. It has end users, that have said okay to participate in studies connected to user experience. They decide the level of engagement. We trust that the questions asked and the responses given have been of benefit to wider understanding of the mitigation of CVE-2021-44228 with respect to IFS products and services. Questions have however now started to move beyond this particular CVE and in to the area of customer-specific issues that are hard to track in a single threaded article, so this KBA is now closed to further comments. If you have product support issues please therefore report them through your usual support channel, or if you have questions or advice to share related to your experience with mitigating this vulnerability, please use the appropriate Community forum.
