22R2 IFS Cloud Core Code version is 22R2-EA

Hi,DS start giving me Question with mismatch of target version after switching on 22R2-GA version, after DS finally start support it.  Reason is, that IFS Cloud core files are marked as 22R2-EA. Does it mean, that our environments are on EA and not on GA?Or only CoreSources archive are wrong?Are there some differences between GA and EA?Or it is only badly marked?  There is no information about EA / GA version.  New Tool Features - Technical Documentation For IFS CloudBR

Shrink Lob Segments schedule job warning

Issue to reach Apps10 Projections /main/ node with Postman and Dell Boomi

Dear Community,  We have in issue with Apps10 Projections, and maybe some of you faced the same issue previously. We did the following tests:Boomi connection to int API (“…/int/ifsapplications/projection/v1/AllProjections.svc/Projections(ProjectionName='PurchaseOrderHandling'”) => works well Boomi connection to main API (“…/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/AllProjections.svc/Projections(ProjectionName='PurchaseOrderHandling') => failed Postman connection to int API (“…/int/ifsapplications/projection/v1/AllProjections.svc/Projections(ProjectionName='PurchaseOrderHandling'”) => works well Postman connection to main API (“…/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/AllProjections.svc/Projections(ProjectionName='PurchaseOrderHandling'”) => failed Worked with Postman: Failed in Boomi: Failed in Postman:  Previously we had an other test environment and we didn’t realize the same issue.  Do you have idea what could be the issue? Thank you very much in advance for all of your thoughts!

IFS Apps 10 upd 17-18 quick reports parameters issue

Hi All.We are runing IFS Apps 10 upd 18. After update we struggling with issue of transfering parameters from IEE to quick reports. In standard way when quick report is getting parameter from filed in text format is putted i ‘(apostrophe) and separeted by , (comma). After update in application window is looking same but to report is transfered by adding extra ‘ (apostrophe), and we are not abe to put serveral values to quickr eports parameter. Exmaple below.oryginal report value from report definitionvalue from debugger of report  Did anyone of You had simillar issue?Best regards.

Connection between View and GUI

Hi everybody, to gain information about underlying structures in IFS is quiet simple! Just Debug or use systeminfos and - voilá - the view(name) is clear. But imagine you lay hands on a QuickReport with - let’s say - 3 Views and you want to go the other way. Is there an easy way to see where a structure (Oracle View) is used? There must be some connection because, if we enhance IFS with customized fields and use _CFT and _CFV structures instead the original structures, there must be a certain point where to tell IFS: “now use View X instead of Y” Looking forward to hear from you.   All the best.   Michael   PS: By the way: The navigation tree must be stored somewhere as well. Print Manager error message An item with the same key has already been added.

I’m getting an error in Print Manager, (An item with the same key has already been added) but the report is still printing. What would cause this? If i print through ‘Order Report’ I don’t get the error. I ger the error if I print using  RMB sql action or when I print using an event trigger sql action. It happens now on two different reports with different views. Has anybody else seen this error when printing?Thank you,

LIST ELEMENT HELP

Happy New Year everyone, I am working on building a List Element, and was wondering if it is possible to have it only list one site with totals for everything instead of it listing the same site for all Part Numbers, i am trying to build something for a quick view of inventory records that need to be counted, if i use the matrix element i cant get all the columns i need. below is a screen shot of my current list and my Data Source. thank you for any assistance you can provide

Custom Form Primary Key

After creating a custom form, I am able to add records to the new Custom LU.  However, when I add a new record, there is nothing that checks to see if that record already exists.  As an example, my new form has a field called Project Name.  If I add a new record, I want it to check to make sure that the project name does not already exist.  Essentially, I want to designate the Project Name as the primary key.  Is there a way to do this?

How can I deactivate automated user creation in IFS Cloud

Dear Team!Based on the user creation process in IFS Cloud.Using the standard screen, it is possible to deactive the Create Person option.  For a customer, the users will be created via SCIM.Thus, it is not possible to somehow untick this during creation. Persons should not be created. By default this is set to enabled  There is no System parameter to define this setting. In former IFS Releases, you may skip the Person Details and this resultet in no person being created.Can this be achieved with SCIM as well? If yes, please state how. The information herehttps://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/22r2/030_administration/010_security/025_scim/#scim-attribute-mapping Provides only that there are mapping attributes. SQL: Calculate Workday Hours Between 2 Dates

We have need to calculate the number of hours between 2 dates, minus weekends. We’re using the OrderHistory tab’s rows.I have it working for just the number of days between 2 dates, and then did it for the number of hours (I simply removed TRUNC() around the 2 dates).But that included weekends and now the team wants just business days. File Storage Service - Remote Deployment options

In news presentations for 21R2 File Storage Service (FSS) is presented and it is mentioned that in future releases there will be other options than Azure Blob Storage for Remote Deployment customers. I cannot see any new options in 22R1. In what future release are these new options planned to be released?

Different inventory cost and purchase price

How is it possible that a inventory part purchase with price 100 and inventory cost shows 1000? the only transactions happening were transport of stock between locations in the Site.

Background Job Killed by Light Cleanup Job

Has anyone had a custom background job killed by a schedule Light Cleanup? The job is marked as “Exclude from Cleanup,” we did this after it happened the first time and thought it would keep it from happening again. This background job was executed at the exact time listed in the error of the above background job. These are in two different queue’s as we’ve moved a majority of our custom jobs into their own to keep jobs processing. On another note, how often are you running the Light Cleanup job? What’s the suggested time frame?We are on IFS10 UPD10.

Customer Statement of Account missing report layout

Our IFS environment is currently on UPD10We are experiencing two issues regrading “Customer Statement of Account”IFS no longer automatically display the “Report Format & Output” popup after pressing “OK” in the customer statement of account screen.   Unable to display the correct report layout to use After checking “Use Confirmation Statement Template”  and pressing “OK” That’s when IFS displays the “Report Format & Output” popup for preview    IFS is displaying a different Report ID’s Layout selection.   Report ID’s Report ID = “CUST_CONF_STMT_ACCT_REP” (IFS is currently using this report ID)   Report ID = “CUST_STMT_ACCT_REP” (Need IFS to use this report ID instead)

Why is my Materialized View does not show up in IFS

Lobby Element with Site Parameter not Working

We have a lobby that works with the default Site# of W. When we try to run it for other Sites, the first execution throws an error, but then if we run it again it works.Am I formatting the parameter correctly as where contract LIKE NVL('$SITE$','%')?

HttpServer1.log consumes all storage space

Hi, We have an issue that the HttpServer1.log files grow rather quickly and doesn’t rotate/stop until they consume the whole disk. Where can we set the max size for HttpServer1 logs?   Their path is: <IFS_HOME>\wls_domain\<instance>\servers\HttpServer1\logs\HttpServer1-yyyymmddHHMMss.log
