Applying Release Update in the Baseline Repository error

Hi all, 

I have issue with applying RU in the Baseline Repository. When im selecting “Target Service Update” and press “Apply” button like on the screen below:
 


It shows me an error like this:

 

I have not been able to find a solution to this error. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem? It is very important to me to fix this as soon as possible.

We are also having the same issue in one of our internal environment.
