Hi,For filtering the Work Type in mWO Service, I’ve added Entity Filters and Security Grants as shown below. Still, I can view all the work types in the dropdown. IFS Cloud 22R2 - Editable Function in Page Designer

Hello,in IFS Cloud 22R2, we have a property called ‘Editable Function’ in the Page Designer. I believe using this property, we can include conditions/parameters based on which the field will be marked either as Editable or Read-Only. But currently, it doesn’t allow us to add any conditions. Is there a specific scenario when we can use this property? Also, do we have any supporting documents or reference fields with this property enabled? Please let me know. Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia

Change Document Repository

Hello,I hope somebody out there has experience moving documents from the database to an FTP Server.We are on IFS 9. In my screenshots below I have a document class in the database called APPE and I want to move the documents associated to this document class to an FTP server.I have created two repositories in the EDM Basic>Repositories windows. One line to indicate that APPE_R1 has the doc class that I want to move and another repository line APPE_R2 to accommodate the transfer of documents to the FTP repository.Then I have used the Change Document Repository Wizard and the first step makes sense as shown in screenshot below however then I am presented with a second page where it seems to be I have to allocate a document class again? I am confused about this screen, furthermore the Doc Class field does not offer a list of values.I hope somebody can give us a word of advise on this matter.Many thanksMiguel

MWO Failed Transactions

Notify me

Notify Me configured notification not appearing in IFS 10.The customer has an approval process in Sales Quotation based on the document management functionality. We have created the configured notification in the Touch App Server to show the next approval step from the Approvals screen. I’ve been reading that I should also create some custom events/custom actions to somehow push the notification in the Notify Me App (similar with PO notification). Does anyone have an example how such an event should be created based on the approval_routing_api?

Project Allocation within Resource Monitoring Gantt

Hi All, Can someone explain to me how I can have the bar of the Project Allocation in the Resource Monitoring Gantt? Within the legend I can see a Yellow bar which should show the Project Allocation, but I am not able to see this? are there any requirements? Thanks in advance

Aging Distribution Status

I am trying to see Aging Distribution Orders, currently what i have shows me the object version of the report which if anything changes then it drops off my category, i want to see only the status history change that is over a certin amount of days. any help would be greatly appreciated. Hello,I dont see attachments section on B2B. I send to B2B document (request for order quotation) with attachment (header). I find this request on B2B, but in detail there is no section with attachment. And I don‘ t know what and where should I configured. Or is it about some licences? Surveys for mWO Not Syncing to Devices

We are working on our Upgrade to Apps10 UPD9 (from Apps8). This post is related to mWO Service 10 - Aurena Native app and Mobile Surveys.We configured Surveys based on the very light documentation we were provided. Help Pages in Aurena don’t work, confirmed by IFS. If anyone has detailed documentation of any kind on this, it would be very much appreciated.The Survey and Workflow Config, as far as we can tell, is set up properly but reaching out for community input here, along with a formal, pending IFS support request. All Synchronized Entities syncs are up-to-date. I just filtered for anything with ‘Surv%’. Survey Configuration:The Survey is PublishedSurvey Workflow Type selected “Work Start”; this means the Survey should pop up when the user presses Start Work on the MWO. I did try other statuses for testing, but none of them worked and ultimately this is what we need.The Work Task Assignment in the mWO App is in ‘Work Started’ status. Searching Dates for Tasks - 2 weeks ago

Trying to search for all planned start dates that are 14 days old. I can search using >TODAY but cant find out what other functions i could use to search for dates without actually using dates. Can’t use “Yesterday” or “Last Week” if i do try one of those i get the following value

Long Initialization Time

We are having an issue with initialization times being 2 hours long. After update initialization was just 2 minutes but has gone up, “MobileObjextEI” entity seems to be the hang up. Once that entity runs initialization completes.

How to request "Register the Mobile App" from "mobile app development team" - NotifyMe

Hi,The documentation on NotifyMe App, describes a step to “Register the Mobile App”.Is there a document explaining the process? [IFS Cloud - 23R1 UPD 6] My Status:I have created the Azure Notification Hub. And the notifications are received to the Notification Hub.Which means the Notifications are sent from IFS Cloud successfully to the notification hub. i.e. Application parameters in IFS Cloud are correctly defined. The Notification Hub metrics shows that the requests have failed. Understandably this is due to not setting up the Google and Apple settings which requires keys from the development team.Thank you,Sanjaya

Where can we set the timeout for mWO authentication in IFS cloud?

Hi Experts, Once of our customer is asking where we can set the timeout for mWO authentication? Business Impact: Can we define the MWO session timeout.? Customer get the popup in MWO app 'Credential expired' after specific time and being asked to reauthenticate. They need know is the time user configurable? Measurements in mWO

Hi, This is a question and also suggestion. You can add measurements in mobile work order application on your tablet. But when you forget to enter measurements and you complete your work, it’s too late to enter them back.So it would be nice to have possibility to make measurements mandatory for example for certain objects. Or at least have a reminder before completing work to enter measurements.Or maybe it is possible to create using events? But in case of “offline mode” sometimes, when an event will block something during synchronization it may lead to problem with work.Best regards,Hubert

Error Exporting Quick Report to Excel

Hi, I have some quick reports created in IFS 10, and suddenly, one of them stopped exporting data to excel. Inside IFS, I can see the values I am querying, but in excel I get the “No data found!” message on the first cell. Does anyone know what might be causing this sudden error and how to get around it?
