After upgrading the IFS Touch Apps Server to IFS Apps 10 Update 22.On opening the Touch Apps Server, entering the System ID and clicking Next I received the following error: When installing the Touch Apps Server the IFSTAS and IFSMOBILITY passwords had to be changed as there was no record of them available.We are using Azure Active Directory but changed this IFS Database so that after entering the System ID and clicking Next we would be able to access the Login page and enter ifsapp.Any ideas?

When the user clicks on Aurena no page is displayed and the URL now has the suffix #aurena.casual# On clicking on IFS Enterprise Explorer link again no login page and the URL now shows the suffix #rwc.client.path# Click on IFS Aurena B2B and nothing happens other than the URL now shows the suffix #aurena.b2b# If we add admin after the URL all the 3 options above work. Any ideas on why and how to resolve this issue?
Setup: IFS Applications 10 UPD 6 On trying to run IFS Aurena Notify Me 10 we are receiving the following error: Something went wrong! Information: Invalid redirect URL I know in the past we have had to open IFS Middleware Server Admin Console > Security > Database Identity Provider > External Redirect URls and added the Redirect URl for the application that is displaying the error. My problem is where do I locate the Redirect URl so that I can add this? Can anyone please advise?
Within the HR Assistant Configuration I cannot see any way add custom fields or create a new custom pages etc. Is there anyway the HR Assistant can be updated to include custom fields or a custom page as a configuration step.

Due to moving from IFS Apps 10 UPD 6 to IFS Apps 10 UPD 7 I have downloaded the latest Print Agent from the Add-Ons and installed it. Also, added the printers and started without any errors. However, when printing from IFS the print jobs don’t appear in the IFS Print Monitor. Any ideas?
When upgrading from Apps9 to Apps10 are the information source refreshed?The reason for asking is, even though the overall balances are the same, we have 5 extra account balances (all zero) being displayed whereas in Apps9 these account balances did not appear in a report for the same year/period. n.b. There were no transactions in the year/period for the 5 extra accounts and as such should not be appearing.Any ideas/advise would be much appreciated.
In IFS Cloud I would like to create an event action that:If the Approval Status is not Approved then I would want an error message to be displayed stating that the order cannot be released unless the order has been approved. However, the order keeps getting released ignoring the event action. In IFS Apps 10 this works fine however, in IFS Cloud there doesn't appear to be a Before/After toggle or option.

After upgrading form Apps 9 to Apps 10 a Business Reporter report for Chart of Accounts balances however displays additional accounts with null values in the Apps 10 report.All the values are the same along with the overall totals it. I have set up the PDF_REPORT_CREATED event action: RMB in the Customer Order header and selected E-mail Order Confirmation With DEBUG on the following was passed: Customer_Order_Flow_API.Email_Order_Report__ was executed with valid information and valid email address. However, no email was received. If I print the customer order confirmation and instead of printing tick the Email checkbox and enter the same email address the email is received. What am I missing?

I have created a Quick Report (Crystal Report) that uses the Azalea Code 39 barcode. When running the report with the barcode in it the report fails with the message: Failed to retrieve the report. Please contact your system administrator. If I remove the barcode from the report the report runs without any errors. Please advise.
I have just carried out an Apps9 to Apps10 upgrade and inadvertently not specified the instance folder, setting the IFS Home folder to be F:\IFS\IFSMWS instead of F:\IFS\IFSMWS\IFSL. Is there an easy way to amend this. Unfortunately, it would cause a lot of upheaval if I went back and removed it then re-created IFS Home again as many steps/processes have been carried out since. I think this could be handled by create_backup.cmd but haven’t used this in years.Please advise.Thank you in advance.

Our customer is experiencing a variety of issues:bad performance in supplier for purchase - all relevant transaction lines are not being displayed, however, if the user clicks on refresh all the lines are then displayed when deleting operation line(s) it is taking a while before the user can continueThis issue is affecting a vast number of users.Has anyone come across this type of issue before? and, how did you resolve it. I need to create a scheduled task in advance that will execute every 14 days at a certain time of the daye.g. creating a scheduled task on today 16/02/2023 that will execute every 14 days starting on 01/03/2023 so that the first execution will be 01/03/2023 and then the next execution should be 14 days after on the 15/03/2023Selected custom and entering SYSDATE+14 in the ExpressionEntered the Start Date as 01/03/2023 but on clicking calculate or saving the record the Next Execution is calculated as 02/03/2023 and the time is the same time as when the record is saved/last amended.
