Hi all! I just discovered that the attachment button is missing since the upgrade to 23R2 in Self-Service Procurement Portal. The column is not hidden. When entering punch out adress in Cloud there are options for cXML and OCI but not PEPPOL. Is it possible to use PEPPOL-adress in the other versions or do Cloud not support PEPPOL punch out? Thanks!

Hi, in 23R2 the layout on Report Format and Output window is a bit updated and there is now a toggle under E-mail. I did some testing and an e-mail i sent to the adress in the field regardless if the “Send E-mail”-toggle is activated or not. Is this correct behavior? It is a bit confusing Thanks! BREmma

Hi,our customer has an issue with OCI punchout with a supplier. Everything works perfect until the parts are sent to shopping cart, there the shopping cart is empty. No parts/lines are transferred from the punchout to IFS shopping cart. The punchout address:Has anyone else had this issue and how did you solve it? Thanks!
Hi,when our customer upgraded to 23R2 we discovered that there is a new field in Self-service procurement portal. In the product details there is a “Note” field now, it also appears when adding a product to the cart. Does anyone know when it was added any what it could be used for? Thanks! BREmma

Hi all! After 23R2 update the customer has noticed a red line in one Shopping Cart (origins from a Punchout catalogue) when editing the quantity in the shopping cart. The modified quantity is not sent to the requisition, only the origin quantity. When the error occurs the error message states N/A. Aren´t you suppose to be able to modify quantity in the shopping cart? Thanks :) BREmma

Hi all!I have an issue where the customer has delivered a line with price 0. Now they want to change the price on the line or add a new line to correct this. The Supply Code is Purch Order Dir which makes it a bit tricky. What is the best way to handle this? Invoice line 2 with 0, do RMA and create credit invoice and then add a new line? As it is now the order is closed for adding lines. Thanks!

Hi! Our customer is using a VAN-service for electronic orders and invoices. The service has a monitoring site where our customer can see all transactions and their status. They have noticed that “Receiver name” is not shown and when looking at the XML I found out that IFS doesn´t send Supplier Name in the outgoing message ORDER. Is this IFS Standard XML for order? HiI have a customer that uses the job ”Match Invoices with new PO Receipts”. Before that job is run they have another job “delete matched lines” that deletes matched lines to be able to match the entire invoice. Often they get an invoice for the entire order but the order can be delivered on different days. For some reason the matched lines can get authorized automatically even if the invoice is unbalanced since not every line is delivered, eg one single line can be authorized. I haven´t seen this setup before, does anyone else has experience on line authorization? Is it a setting in standard IFS or is there something in the ”Match Invoices with new PO Receipts” job that makes the lines authorized? Our main issue here is that we need to change the “Delete matched lines” job to also delete authorized lines but we can´t see where the authorizations happens :) Thoughts and ideas are appricated!
Hi, our customer has av Event for notifying the next authorizer by e-mail. Now they want to remove “NOTIFY_NEXT_AUTH” from the e-mail and only have the no_reply_ifs - adress. Is that possible to remove from the event? Thanks!Emma
Hi, I have an issue where a user (coordinator) creates orders that suddenly stopped following the Purchase order prefix starting with “P”. As you see below the user has created orders starting with P but the orders started inheriting the Requisition numbers (179 and 189 below.) . User is in coordinator group “K” Coordinator groups looks like this where “K” should have prefix “P” för purchase orders. Does it have to do with Purchase roder no 99 in some way? Thanks! BREmma

Under employees the employee has one Maint org but how to add another one? Do I add the user a second time as employee with the same user ID and the order maint org? Thanks in advance!

Hi,our customer are using a couple of punchouts and in their current system there are three different fields for creating the setup: Adress, username & password. In IFS Could there is only one field requiring an adress containing all the info. We have successfully added two different punchout catalogs but they are totally different. Is there a standard adress or are they completely different for each supplier?
