Hi All, We have been live on mWO in Apps10 upd18 for almost a year now and still are not completely stable. We currently have about 80 techs that use mWO and run into varios issues namely.The data does not sync and there are missing transactions in IFS ERP Apps errors such as sync failing Apps slow performance.We would like to hear from other customers who are live on mWO and their experience. I have heard about other customers using mWO for a higher number of techs and I would love to understand the set-up and how mWO is working for them in a production environment. Thanks,Nitin Kadam
Hi All, We are having an issue in our IFS environment, Multiple users are randomly getting kicked out of IFS with error “An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host". The users get this error at different screen, when logging in, when navigating to screen and at random places. We are on Apps10 upd18 deployed in IFS managed cloud. Has anyone experienced this issue and was able to resolve it?
Hi All, We are looking for some suggestions on how other companies are handling this situation with HR Supervisor access. Team leads have the positions Team_lead Techs reports to team leads and have the position techs. There are 4 teams with 4 people who have the position Team_Lead. Each person has 4 different techs reporting to them. With our supervisor access Position tech reports to team_lead. As a result, each person is a tech lead has access to all the people that have the position tech and not just the team members that are direct reports. This results in various issues, namely with time authorization the team lead has to create a saved search to look for his direct reports instead of using the direct reports check box. What are we missing? We know we can create a different position for each tech lead but that seems excessive.
Hi, We are trying to achieve the following and currently the only option we see is to create a custom event. Looking for suggestion if this can be achieved in product. We have created template projects that are copied when a new project is created. We need to restrict the edit access to the template projects to only a certain group. The other users should be able to view the template but not edit.
Hi, We are trying to add a multi-select custom field in MWO but the field only allows for selecting a single value in MWO. The field allows multi-select in Enterprise explorer. Any suggestion on how to make the field multi-select in MWO?
Hi All,We are running into issue with IFS services going down and wanted to check with other customers on tools you are using to monitor if IFS services went down.We are currently monitoring the HTTP url but had an instance when the database went down and the monitoring service was unable to alert us. Any inputs/suggestions are welcome. IFS is investigating the root cause, but we would like to be able to manage the situation until we can get a resolution.

Hi, We are in the process of going live with MWO on Apps10 UPD 11 Oracle 12c and when adding 100 users have run into major performance bottlenecks with the MWO Batch Sync job. The job executes for days and there are numerous errors such as PlsqlapServer.ERRPING: No response from MWS server [MAIN].We have tried updating the number of batch processes to 3 and have not seen any performance improvements. Are they any customers currently using MWO on Apps10 upd 11 with Oracle 12 that have run into issues with the Batch sync job execution times and what did you do to see any improvements? We have similar issues with the initialization which can take upwards of an hour. Any inputs/suggestions are greatly appreciated.
