Hi All,I got below requirement form client ,Is there any way to use full 8 hrs shift with out creating new template for 9 hrs.1.We use FSM Appointment Booking. We have Appointment Templates created for 2, 4, 6 and 8 hour blocks. Technician shifts are generally a maximum of 8 but sometimes 9 hours. Our Scheduling team needs to sometimes book appointments that take 490 minutes (8 hours) but FSM doesn’t show appointment availability for that length of time – we’re guessing that’s due to being beyond a one-day shift. We tried lowering the Duration until FSM finally showed offers and it looks like PSO’s offers include travel time in the formula for shift availability so won’t give offers for the full 8 hours. [However it appears that when Appointment Booking is accepted PSO does not include travel in scheduling]. We’re considering creating a new Appointment Template for a 9 hour block and wonder if that is a solution, or is there some other mechanism we can use for PSO to give offers for a
Hi All,Having an issue with datasets which contains 11k records whenever initialization happen form FSM did not see any error in schedule manger its showing process completed but when i am checking in to PSO dataset is not able to load entire data its getting timed out. I could see the status of the dataset is “NO DATA” if dataset having less load process is completing successfully and displaying data on schedule board. I was suspecting that db space issue or timed out need to increase in binding path.Could any one please help me on this how we can fix the issue ?Thanks,Durga

Hi All,when i am trying to display drop down values via client script getting empty values in the dropdown column .I have added the script in events after data load. HI All,i am facing an issue with below mass update xml. xml is created to update task status as Missed and closed for ETL period over tasks. Hi All,“IFS_MOBILE” user password has been expired on month of September(05-09-23) but we did not receive any complaints from users about mobile issues. We are wondering how mobile working with out any issues after password expired. Actually we would like to change the password of the mobile user in FSM, If we change the password of “IFS_MOBILE ” user what will be the impact.should we do password change in fsm for “IFS_MOBILE” user? if possible kindly provide steps to do password change.Thanks,Durga
Hi All, I am getting below error while initializing data from FSM to PSO. Could please help me to fix the issue.Configured all parameters in FSM which are required to load data from FSM to PSO. An error occurred while making the HTTP request to https://XXXXXXXX:8744/IFS/Scheduling/Gateway/Service/Session. This could be due to the fact that the server certificate is not configured properly with HTTP.SYS in the HTTPS case. Hi All, currently we are facing an issue with assignments in PSO if technician location is too far to the activity location , activates are not allocating to the technicians. Actually we have two types of work orders one is on -site and remote . we want remote activates need to assign to technician irrespective of Distance .(Task will done from home so here we don't want to consider travel calculation to assign activates ). we are using HTM if we disable this parameter it will applicable globally and we are sending only scheduling data from FSM to PSO no ARP .Could you please any one suggest on this which way can we achieve this scenario. Hi All,Facing an issue with “activity availabilities” in dataset. In my data load All activates have one month SLA period ex:01-11-2022 /30-11-22.It suppose to show availability of the activities for whole month However in my case it was created for only one day (the date which I load the data to PSO) and start base “true” for all activities .Could please any one help me on this why it was created availabilities only for one day ? Hi All,I have loaded a dataset from FSM to PSO through schedule manager the load process was completed in FSM but when i see in pso status of the dataset was deleting.could anyone please help me why the status was appearing deleting instead of running?and dataset contains only 5k records no error in events related to the dataset.
