Hi Team,We are facing below challenges in FSM mobileSuppose a tech in his mobile device has 5 jobs out of which 4 jobs he can easily navigate and work on itBut if he is going inside the 5th task is app is crashing.Whereas if I give the 5th task to any other member of his team he is able to access the task .Also for the effected tech if I install fsm mobile in any other mobile all 5 tasks are working fine.We are not able to find root cause
Please let me know, whether there are any automatic mechanism for creating part disposition, in our case in mobile created one part disposition but in FSM after some time part disposition duplication created even task is not completed. Note: while duplication creation of part disposition, from mobile part disposition record not synched with DB, it was waiting or ready. Addition Info:Custom client script is not written for inserting the part disposition in mobile.
Hi Team,Can we lower the row max query, if the table has more records in the table.Eg: Part able has 60000 and i need to give 50000 in row max.Can this be achieved in sync rule. Thank you

Hi all,Can anyone tell me, After uncommitment the task is not removed from mobile.Eg: The task status is changed to open but that task is not removed from mobile. In task sync rule, there is no Open task status. In mobile, task status showing committed only but in FSM app that task status is open. Thank you

In Report adding Image control, setting the Image source as 'External' in the properties. Fetching attachment path of the signature in query and configuring that in the image. Then uploading the RDLC file in the FSM application and generating the report, but attachment is not coming in the report. We have given the attachment directory app param.

Dear Team,Can anyone tell me Is there any direct relationship for place and person.For Eg:We are note is created from task, the note will be copied to current task place note, through the sync rule need to get the place note if delivery method is batch - delta it has to be sync based on frequency but i am able to get the data to mobile once after mobile initialization done not able to get the data to mobile frequency based.
