How do you undo the scrapping of parts from the Inventory Parts in Stock page? In error serial 06b5cd13060669 was scrap using the button on this screen. The serial does not appear on this screen to allow you to undo.
We have a customer order where the line was originally setup with Supply code Purch Order Trans.The part was received from the supplier and booked in but later returned to them for credit after failing inspection.The part has been shipped back to the supplier for credit with no replacement order.However we now cannot unpeg the Customer order Line connected to this or changed the line status to cancel. How can we cancel this line and allow the overall order to then be completed? No option to unpeg
Hi,We have a serious issue with a posting that is using IP31 - I don’t know why but it just posts the amount and credit amount to voucher rounding. We effectively have to setup the Company Page here to be a ridiculous difference to allow the the invoice to post or select override on the voucher when processing in customer invoices with errors. Row 14 in the posting below is to 7199 (IP31 defaulted to this code). But it should not need to use this and should be posting to 2442. I don’t understand why the amount and credit amount decide they are better off elsewhere and it doesn’t just post to 2442 alongside the currency amount.Also Currency Amount and amount are the same currency so how is there possibly a difference. This posting then means the GL is out of balance on Currency amount and AmountYou cannot directly update tab accounting_balance_tab with the correct posting_combination_id as posting_combination_id is a primary key to correct the voucher in the Database.Our only solution i
Hi,How do we get more information on this Error? As we feel the users are included in the NF user group and the voucher series are working for other users posting, but for some reason when they try to authorise an invoice it doesn’t allow them to.
Is it possible to correct postings where the posting control was incorrectly assigned to the wrong account?The vouchers have been created. PRJC4 was going to the wrong account code in our scenario
From reading posts on the community it doesn’t appear that going down the Personal Data Management route is going to help as this will just update the DB value and then we will not know what the SSN is when HR need it.Is there another way to Mask the data so only those with HR application Manager access can see the SSN?
How do we rollback customer payments if they are incorrect?These have been raised through the Mixed Payment process and approved. But we have no option to rollback the Customer Payment when selecting the transaction. Thanks

Originally Our Customer scrapped the parts at their site and we gave them a credit note.Now we are generating a credit request from our supplier but the system seems to want the units in stock. How do we connect the cost of Freight on a purchase order for a non inventory part to a customer order?It is does not appear possible to peg this in IFS Cloud.So how could we track that our orders are profitable and that we are not losing money on Freight as with the volume of transactions it would be easy to lose track.It would be possible if we setup Freight as a part to solve the above scenario but this seems extremely convoluted to start receiving the part, reserving, picking and shipping on the customer order and is not efficient. We have an Internal Customer Order and Purchase Orde between our UK and Spain Company. But we are having an issue on the Purchase Receipt Return and Automatically Generating the Dispatch Advice1) Spain raised a purchase order to UK and sent the order (EDI)2) UK fulfils customer order for Spain and sends the dispatch advice3) Spain receives Incoming Dispatch advice, but the unit fails inspection4) Spain creates purchase receipt return, connects this to a shipment and delivers back to UK.However no automatic Dispatch Advice is sent to the UK and we therefore cannot book in the returned part in the UK.How do we solve this?

Is there a page where you can see Purchase Orders that are awaiting Credit Notes? This is from Items that have been received, invoiced by the supplier but have failed quality inspection. On Receipt indicators the Return has been printed but we cannot find where to see Purchase Orders requiring a credit note.
We are struggling to understand how the process of the RMA works in IFS and then sending a replacement part.We create the RMA receive back the part and create a credit…. but how do we replace the part and send the customer a new one and have this still attached to the original customer order If it has been invoiced? I cannot even find where there is a way to be notified that the original order is now short of unit(s).
Is it possible to setup IFS Cloud to automatically Fetch the Authorisation rule when we create a Purchase Order. For 99% of our cases the individual raising the PO will approve it. So the extra steps of clicking Fetch Authorisation Rule seem a little cumbersome.
When duplicating a customer order line, why does the price not also get copied over? The quantity does but not the price. Our units are second hand so the price varies so we do not have fixed pricing on our sales part. What is currently happening is the price of £0.00 on our sales part is what is populating the Price on the duplicated line rather than the price from the line it was copied on. is there a way to change this, selecting price freeze doesn't seem to stop this.

When you earn your paid time off in California you can accrue up to 1.5 times annual limit capped. (If your annual limit is 40, the max PTO accrual is 60, but you cannot accrue additional PTO above the limit until you use this balance) is there a way to consider this in IFS?This is also combined with a seniority setup. So you have 4 possible values for annual limit. 40, 60, 80, 120 hours and corresponding max accrual of 1.5 these amounts. Looking at the current settings I cannot see a way to set this up. Is this possible?
We have 7 companies in our Environment, for 6 we do no have a problem when we have created and saved our 5 digit wage code. But when we try and save the one for this company, the following error appears. Where could we go to change it to true? Thanks
For the organisation structure below. Say we have 4 graphical positions as well.Level 1Level 2Level 3Level 4 all with position access generated. E.g. Level 1 has access to Lvl 2, 3 & 4Level 2 has access to Lvl 3 & 4Level 3 has access to Lvl 4 When we go to supervisor access, Employee A (Position - Level 1) - (Org - CEO 1) cannot see FI01 or anyone below.Employee B (Position - Level 2) - (Org - FI01) cannot see FI02 or anyone belowEmployee C (Position - Level 3) - (Org - FI02) cannot see FI03??? In Supervisor access setup we then turn on include subordinates. Employee B (Position - Level 2) - (Org - FI01) can then see the employees in FI02 & FI03 but also see other staff that are Level 3 and 4 across the rest of the organisation in Ops and Sales etc. Why does the organisation tree not just allow you to see staff below that part of the tree as long as there position allows access to it? Yes you can individually go through and allow access to elements in the organisation
