We are utilizing IFS 10 and moving into Aurena. I am looking for the documentation about Maintenance Surveys to document how to set them up and their capabilities. I am also wondering if a survey can be attached to work task steps or task templates I did not see that as part of the workflow configuration yet. How do you allow a tech to save where they are if you are not utilizing MWO? Finally, can surveys be linked or utilize the measurements in IFS?

If you have a Maintenance Employee in multiple resource groups and you’re using Work Task Clockings from mWO, IFS will put the resource group linked to the demand as the resource group on Work Task Clocking. And if you’re doing service it will drive the correct sales pricing. Issue I have is regardless of how an organization bills an employee time, he should always be costed the same (like a default resource group for cost). Is there a way to do this?
Hello All,Just wanted to get a confirmation, if there is a Service Report option in mWO 10 RTM version.In Aurena when you are about to complete i can see the Service Report option, or even in status bar as well.In Apps 9 also, when we are about to complete i could see the ‘Service Report’ Option. Am i correct to think that for apps 10 RTM version that the service report functionality is not available?I’ve checked the permissions but couldn't find any option except for the WFC.Is that the only way available for Service Reports as well?
