Hi SashikalaBusiness Reporter has the capacity to populate above mentioned data amount. And I have once performed writeback on 40000 cells.The time taken to writeback vary depending on the number of cells. Therefore, I recommend you use Modified Writeback instead of Complete Writeback. And if possible, perform writeback in two or three attempts rather than performing writeback on all cells in one go.Thank You

Hi @sevo This message occurs when you have configured the BR system parameters to render the report via IFS BR Execution Server. As mentioned above, once the report is rendered, the report should be available in the report archive page.If the report is not available in the Report Archive page you can check the below;-Navigate to the Background Jobs page and search for the relevant background job using the ID provided in the message. See if there are any errors stated. If there are any errors, then your report will not be available in the Report Archive page. Report could be in the externally executing, or in the report queue. If that is the case, you might need to allow some time to render the report.-To further verification, you can contact the system administrator to ensure the BR Execution Server is up and running in the server.-To check whether there is a report specific issue, you can execute/order the report from IFS Business Reporter client and make sure that there are no issues

Refer to this to see what are the manual actions that need to be performed in an upgrade.List of Manual Actions in IFS Application Components - Technical Documentation For IFS CloudAccordingly, you need to use the Business Reporter Upgrade Utility to validate the reports and then you need to perform republishing or resaving of reports. This will ensure that compression of data sets is enabled and that data sets are sorted properly.IFS Business Reporter exists in IFS Cloud, and reports will continue to work in IFS Cloud.

If someone else is working with the file, ask them to close it temporarily so that you can access it. Restart your computer: Sometimes, a background process or service might be holding onto the file, preventing you from opening it. Restarting your computer can release any locked resources and allow you to open the report. Copy the file to a local location: If possible, try copying the report file from the shared directory to a local directory on your computer.
