Depends on what you need on the Work Order, but for a very basic work order, you can either open Prepare Work Order and enter the mandatory information.Another option is to use the form “New Fault Report”.What are you trying to achieve?

You can search for it in the Name field in the database task LoV. Had a look now and it’s called “Transfer Work Assignments to Mobile”. You can set that up to run at your preferred interval.

they do Ok, one last idea. In the Resource Detail screen, in tab “Employee” for TMCCOY, can you check if the “Primary Scheduling” flag is set to “No”? It should be set to Yes, to use as a scheduling resource.
Yes, the company is correct Here are two entries from Resources: The top one appears as a possible selection, the bottom one doesn’t Ok, so both of them have an employee record? If you check the employees section on the company screen you should be able to see that quickly.
Are you checking in the correct company? In the upper right hand corner you have a selector. If it’s the one you expect, is the resource connected to it?
Hi @DSL_Em, unfortunately there is no way to do that currently, but this is capability we will be adding in the next release, 24R1.
Which version is this for? You should be able to find Work Order Journal in the navigator up until 23R2. In 23R2 it’s called Work Order Event Log.
A Service Contract is not mandatory on a Work Order (or Work Task). Where are you getting stuck?
Hi All, Does anyone know how to set a value to ‘Appointment Mode’? Looks like this is a new feature in 23R2. It will be set when you book an appointment. The Appointment Templates hold the mode, either Appointment to Start or Appointment to Complete.

When you created dependencies, there is a flag called ignore dependencies in execution, or something like that. That same flag also exists on the site. Try that.
If we’re strictly talking from a product perspective, then FSM is a separate product to IFS Service Management, which is part of IFS Cloud.
@Alexander Heinze Thanks Sir.The PSO version is 6.10.0.12 The screenshot u have shared is exactly the issue I am facing as a result the tasks in queue are getting unallocated. Yes it is FSM which is upstream source. Please suggest me how can I avoid this. I believe you need to setup a timeline refresh message in monitor schedules (at least that’s how it worked before, it’s been a long time since I used it). Hi Team, I am facing below issue in PSO, the current time (red vertical line) is coming after the blue vertical line which should be the opposite. Please can anyone help me with this. Can you post a screenshot? What version of PSO are you running?
