@Heshala @Alexander Heinze The document describes adding a page to Dashboard. Are you aware of how the same can be accomplished within a Task? I have been asked by a client if this can be done to capture custom data. eForms are not appropriate in this use case. Thanks in Advance! Matt

@JOOLSE Have you gotten this to work? I can add the page and see the command but the page does not show up in MWO? When you click on the link the screen blinks like it is trying to do something but the page never appears. The link works however in IFS Cloud however in Apps for Page Designer?

Priyanka, Can we take the customization out of the mix for the moment? Can you confirm that manual notifications as shown below are consistently being seen in both Windows and IOS? It appears that someone replied earlier that the way that you are trying to implement this there may some consistency issues. If this is consistently being received we can have some discuss the customization at a more technicial level.
Thanks for the reply! Does this also mean that turn by turn directions are working as well? I think keeping the support ticket open is good because that functionality should exist. Now that they have replicated it we can get that resolved for future requirements.
Hi Priyanka, Thanks for the reply. I wanted to get a baseline to ensure that the mapping capabilities were working. This leads to my next question as what is the need for an additional field? Is there a requirement that you need to capture the latitude/longitude that does not existing in the Update Map Position option? Matt
Hey Priyanka,I believe that we have spoke once before on a call wirh Jerry Browning. Can you confirm that the user is able to at least pop a map when they click the pin icon in mobile or the Map Position icon within the task? Also is the App GPS enabled?
Hi LenaicDAVID,Yes, mobile integration requires connectivity, if that is a requirement then this would not work. You will also need full access licenses as well. I am told that should not be an issue as they are still building out the mobile functionality. Apparently, there is some flexibility with the licenses. We are still at the prototype stage so if things change, I’ll keep you posted. Matt
We are currently proposing this to a customer using Mobile Integration. That may be an an option for your scenario.
