Hi @marcin.mrozik, Suppose, today I submit a Service Request and keep the Required By Date as 15th May, 2024. I want the workflow should run as expected that when one task closes, the next opens. But the last decision task of the workflow should open only on the “Required By” Date that is on 15th May, 2024. We don’t want this decision task to open before 15th May, 2024. Is this possible? assyst version: 11.7.3
Thank you @NigelIM for your reply.Yes, I can delete the record but as discontinue option was there so I thought it will just discontinue the record instead of deleting it. Moreover, when I ran the channel with Discontinue field as true, it was running successfully with result as “Updated”.We have decided to go ahead with deleting it. Thank you again :)
The solution here is that we need to provide the exact value of the option for “Not Approved” under decision.

Sorting of the Services and Service Offering is much complex when it comes to looped Services. Looks like Sorting Order of looped Services are interdependent. Not at all easy to Sort.
I got the reply from Support that since Bundles are not visible on Support Portal hence we can not submit bundles from ETM.
Issue is when we update anything related to Knowledge procedures using ETM, drafts get cleared out. We need to reload drafts and everything looks good.

Hi Steve, I clear ETM cache earlier too and it didn’t help.But deleting ETM User Session fixed the issue. I am now able to delete discontinued Event Builders.Thank you for your help :)
Hi @Steve Miller, I have added Entity Privilege “EVENT BUILDER” with value “YES” under delete for below Privilege Groups:etmremoteuploadersetmusersZZSYSGEN-SERVICE ACCOUNT-4ALL ITEM PRIVILEGESBut still getting the same error: You are not permitted to perform this action. Type: PrivilegeException.
