Does anyone know what is EMPMASK property field in IFS and how does it work in IFS? What property value should be given to the property under company details to get it working?

Hi
EMPMASK property field in IFS can be used when you want to have automatic numbers for the Employee IDs which are created in a company in the application.
For an example if you want to have Employee IDs to be created automatically in the application starting from 10001 you can have the below setup in Property tab in Company Details window for the relevant company:
EMPPREFIX = 1
EMPMASK = 0000 (4 zeros)
EMPLOYEEID - 1
Then, when you create a new employee from the Wizard the Employee ID will generate as 10001 in the selected company. Hope this helps you.
