Enhance Genesis validations not to let user add repeatable and value list or default value at the same time to a field

It would be useful to be able to treat RPT contents as reference

Example: I have 3 devices in my SAP Message. What if I made that list of serials options for a drop down menu later on so I can easily select what meter im working on
