Enable drag-and-drop on the Add Attachment screen

Field workers have a tough time navigating the C drive to find their attachments because it doesn't work like the regular File Explorer.

Thank you for the idea submission. We've reviewed your idea and agree that improving the usability of our order attachments feature is a good one, and have added it to the product roadmap for consideration in a future release. Please note that we may not implement this as a drag & drop, but that will be an approach that is considered as we seek to improve the functionality.
