When the desktop version of WorkBook launches for the first time, after a re-install or update, the first screen you see is the Login page. While on the Android version of Workbook, the first screen after launching for the first time or re-installing is "Configuration".
One of the the biggest drivers of helpdesk/troubleshooting calls for Desktop version of Workbook users is related to having blank profile information. This problem can be solved if Desktop version is configured to launch with the same logic as the Android version.
Suggestion is, when workbook launches for the first time, launch at the configuration screen. Subsequent logins should start at the login screen. This change will significantly reduce the volume of calls to helpdesk related to blank profile settings.
