Improvements to Order History

Currently the Order History shows WAY too many fields and you can't find the actual information you want to know about the order as there is NO WAY to configure what columns are viewable, what width those columns are and what order they appear.

Need to allow admin configuration of these fields.  The information you need from this tool is: 

- WHO made the change,

- WHAT the change was and

- WHEN the change was made. 

Also the ability to filter what events show in Order History.

    This is marked as "Already Exists" but it has not been fixed, there is no way to get relevant fields moved to a useful location or at least default a bunch of the empty fields out of the way.
