Enable export from any view

Our business wants to be able to pivot/query/select data and many views/windows in WS don't allow export.

Groups should warn of conflicts when being created

MobileConfig profiles require a single group per platform. However - no warning on creation of another group.

RD Tables should be packaged with an order type on export/import

Since a relationship between RD and Field exists in the database, it would be more elegant to be able to carry over RD tables across systems when exporting order types. Bonus - Edit those tables in solution.

Incorporate Capacity into Area Target Baselining and Rebaselining Algorithms
