Sales handoff materials indicates customers may do so through “Customer Advisory Board” meetings. Thus, my question is simple: For each verticle, when are the Customer Advisory Board meetings for 2024? How do I get customers engage on those? Is there a web registration link?
Looking to upload CHAPS/Faster Payments etc from IFS into our bank using their import templates. Does IFS have standard/compatible output for these? Or how can I get IFS to output files in desired layout to import to bank?

Hi everyone,Current IFS version: IFS apps 9 EETarget IFS version: IFS cloud 23R2 (hosted on prem by us) Today in IFS9 we have several applications (built by us) that are connecting to our database directly to “interface” with IFS. We have several oracle users that handle these connections, created as IFS fnd users. These users are granted access to the database API package methods via permission sets, and are set as inactive in the IFS application as they never actually log into the app and the oracle user handles everything.Example: User logs into non-IFS app and enters information about a purchase order. That application connects to the database hosting IFS as an appropriate oracle user, calls {app_owner}.purchase_order_api.new and creates the purchase order. We are in the process of upgrading to IFS cloud. Hi all, Just wondering if there is a way that we can make it mandatory to report the task steps in the mWO (Service Enginerr) app in Cloud? Currently if there are task steps in the task, the mWO users can optionally mark as done or not done, but they can simply ignore and move on. Is there a way that we can make it mandatory to visit and update the details? TIA
I have been working for several months to upgrade our databases from 12c to 19c, but I am stuck on a particular issue that I cannot seem to resolve. I chose the manual method (expdp/impdp) as this is what is endorsed by IFS and recommended by the consultants. We get 2500+ errors during the import, most of which, the consultants stated can be ignored as they are 12c objects that are no longer in 19c, however, there are a handful of errors that reference our app owner and I feel they are related:Error during import:dbms_scheduler.enable('"PROCESS_ALL_PENDING"');COMMIT; END;ORA-39083: Object type PROCOBJ:""."RUN_JOB" failed to create with error:ORA-06550: line 8, column 265:PL/SQL: ORA-00942: table or view does not existUpon completion of the import phase, then installation of IFS, Batch Queues cannot be “Reinitialized” as they produce the error:"appowner". There are major issues regarding performance when working in the Project Gantt chart. Even a small WBS will be a challenge and for example creating activities and creating/adjusting dependencies can take minutes. I know this has been a challenge for several years and there are a few topics on the matter. Can we expect any improvements in the near future regarding this issues? Running on 23R2.
We need to have ifs app9 upd17 application talk to KAFKA broker. For that we developed custom connect reader following the documentation ‘How to develop and deploy a Transport Connector Reader’. everything was carried out according to the documentation but after the connect server is restarted our custom connect reader is not getting started. Cant see anything on the log files, not even error message. Has anybody experience this issue? Did you follow anything other than what is given in the documentation?
