Make column widths flexible in WorkBook order summary

The users would love to be able to manually move the column widths in the WorkBook order summary so that they can see more of one and less of another.

Produce a warning if two different users select the same Equipment at the same time

If two workers choose the same equipment when they log on, it means that one of them is incorrect. Showing a warning would let the second worker to choose the equipment validate that they have the right one.

Supervisor Dashboards should be visible in WorkSpace

The Dashboards that are available in the Supervisor app should also be able to view in WorkSpace, based on role access. Anything that is viewable in the Supervisor app (ie. Dashboards) should also be available in the other tools.
